This study is conducted as part of a master's thesis at the Chair of Business Administration, Human Resource Management and Leadership, University of Mannheim. It examines how employees perceive and respond to organizational change in companies.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes. 

Your task – please read carefully: 

For this study, you will take on the role of an employee at Global Logistics, a leading international transport and supply chain company. You have been with the firm for several years and are well-acquainted with its corporate culture. Today, the CEO is addressing all employees via a video message to announce a significant strategic shift regarding the company's direction. 

•  Please watch the video carefully – it forms the basis for all subsequent questions. Make sure your sound is on. 
• You will then be asked about your perceptions of the announced initiatives. 
• At the end, you will have the opportunity to interact with an internal AI assistant to provide feedback. 

Note: This is a fictional scenario created for research purposes. Please imagine yourself as realistically as possible in the role described.
